1. Go to www.swimshop.com.
2. Click on the shopping basket on the upper right hand corner, and create an account.
3. Click on "team ordering" on the information tab in the left column.
4. Choose "Tsunami Swim" or "Tsunami Synchro" or both as your team.
5. You can order online, fax or mail the form.
