Synchro Practice and Schedule

Tsunami Synchro practices twice a week at the Martin Luther King Pool in the Bayview District.

Visitors are welcome; however, we do require an Introduction Program for new-to-synchro swimmers. Please contact Coach Suzanne Baker for more information and to find out when the Introduction Program will begin. For insurance purposes, you are also required to obtain a membership with USA Synchronized Swimming.

We offer two free practices for those interested in checking out the team. Upon your third swim with us, you will be required to pay coaching and pool use fees for that month.

BEGINNER SYNCHRO CLASS
Who: Anyone who loves the water and is interested in trying a new sport
When: Saturdays from Oct 29 - Dec 17, 2011 -- 9:30 - 11:30am
Where: King Pool (3rd and Carroll in SF)
Cost: $100 for the lessons, checks made out to SF Tsunami
What do I need: swim suit, goggles, cap (if your hair is long), noseplugs (not needed the first day)
